Still on the same level after 3 weeks

It seems that unless you "buy" something you will get stuck on the same level. I have been on the same level for 3 weeks now and using up all the lives every night. Sent an email to support and got no response. Will be deleting this game tonight. So if you have money to burn then it could be a good game, otherwise stay away.
