Fun but can be frustrating

I have been playing a while...level 1171. Never had an issue, but yesterday I beat level 1171, and then 1172...instead of advancing me to the next level it started 1172 again so I went back to the map & now Im back to 1171. Its pretty much enough to make me quit ?
