Doesnt give you the coins you pay for

The game is entertaining and I try not to purchase in game coins but, I decided to try it because I was trying to advance. However, when I purchased the $10 worth of coins it showed the credits but was unable to use them. I sent a 2 messages to the administrator through the game and I have never heard back from anyone. Big waste of money so, beware!!
